The Legacy Collective

This opportunity is designed for emerging leaders, creatives, educators, and visionaries who are ready to grow, contribute, and build alongside a purpose-driven community.


As a Legacy Collective Member, you will work on meaningful, real-world projects that support the mission of Legacy Leavers—spanning education, wellness, storytelling, and community impact.


This is not a traditional internship or partnership. It is a developmental experience rooted in collaboration, creativity, and transformation. Members are invited to bring their full selves, explore their strengths, and build skills across areas such as content creation, curriculum design, community engagement, research, and strategic thinking.


You will leave this experience with

Please note: This is an unpaid experience. However, it is intentionally designed as a launchpad for future opportunities, including fellowships, paid roles, collaborations, and long-term partnerships within the Legacy Leavers ecosystem.

The Legacy Lab is an exclusive, early-access community of educators, leaders, and innovators who help shape the future of Legacy Leavers.

Members of The Legacy Lab are invited behind the scenes to experience, test, and refine new products, programs, and ideas before they are released to the public. This is not passive access—Lab members play an active role in offering insight, feedback, and perspective that directly influences the evolution and impact of our work.

As part of The Legacy Lab, members receive:

  • Early access to new offerings, pilots, and experiences
  • Complimentary premium subscriptions at the highest level
  • Opportunities to shape and co-create programs through feedback
  • A role as trusted ambassadors, sharing the work they believe in

All core engagement is virtual, allowing flexibility and accessibility, with occasional optional, self-selected in-person opportunities for connection and community.

    Beginning in 2027, Legacy Leavers will begin hiring math consultants to help lead and implement the MATH Transformation Movement—a bold shift in how mathematics is taught, experienced, and lived in classrooms and communities.


    We are seeking passionate educators with deep expertise in K–5 or 6–8 mathematics who are ready to use their knowledge to create meaningful, lasting impact.
